We are a leaving care accommodation provider specializing in semi-independent living and mentoring support for young people aged 16–24 transitioning from care, foster homes, or challenging family situations.
We primarily support young people aged 16 to 24, including those leaving care, unaccompanied asylum seekers, and those released on Home Detention Curfews (HDCs).
Yes. Each young person is assigned a dedicated Link-Worker/Mentor who offers one-to-one support, advocacy, and life skills coaching to foster independence and confidence.
